- Location Partners provide relocation services for
corporate and professional clients. Presently, we offer this service in Stockholm,
Gothenburg and in
Öresund (Copenhagen, Malmö, Lund etc). Service in
London is coming soon.
- We help you find apartments or houses for your employees.
It could be expatriates or local employees who pay their rent themselves.
- We also help you rent out apartments and houses for your
employees.
- We give personal service, find out what your needs are
and book visits to show the object. We also assist in contract writing. If
you have any other requests related to relcoation, we are happy to help!
- To rent one of our objects we need either a company/legal
person to sign the contract, or that the company gives references and
guarantees that the employee/tenant will pay the rent.
- Our commission for finding a home is one months rent +
VAT, cheaper to rent out.
